PRE-TRYOUT OVERVIEW:
Our pre-tryout program is designed for athletes who are currently trying out or looking to tryout at the AA-AAA rep level. These programs will give athletes the necessary skills and confidence to be able to showcase their abilities to coaches during spring tryouts.
Focus will be on:
- Linear and Backwards Skating
- Crossovers and Proper Pivoting
- Shooting and Passing skills
- Balance, Coordination and overall stamina
- Battle Drills
- 1 on 1's, 2 on 2's, 2 on 1's etc
MAX 15 athletes in each program.
Make sure your athlete is registered for the age group they are trying out for - not their current age group.
NOTE: Pre-Tryout Programs are non-refundable and makeup sessions are not included at this time unless for exceptional reasons.
