PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

In the Perfect Skating Program, athletes will be put through various isometric platforms designed to increase a players speed, agility, quickness and explosiveness. This program will give athletes the skills needed to produce quality on-ice movement.  It is the program of choice for foundational joint functionality, muscle activation, micro limb mapping and proprioceptive reception, it truly is the building block of all on-ice movement.

Athletes will placed in 3 groups on the ice of similar age/skill, each with a coach.

Monday August 12th : 7-8am

Monday August 19th : 7:30-8:30am

Monday August 26th : 8-9am

*no sessions July 15th or August 5th*

This program is open to players from U8-U16
