Dates: Wednesday July 17th, July 24th, July 31st, Aug 7th, Aug 14th, Aug 21st

Times: July 17th & 24th : 6-7pm

July 31st, Aug 7th, 14th and 21st: 7:30-8:30pm

Cost: $350/athlete

This progressive program is designed to focus on increasing an athletes speed, agility, quickness and explosiveness. The athletes will go through a series of isometric platforms over the course of 6 weeks that will improve their overall balance and body positioning on the ice. Position Specific Training Included.
