GIRLS ONLY SMALL AREA MOVEMENT PROGRAM

Location: Innisfil Rec Centre

Dates: Wednesday mornings July 16/23/30 August 6/13/20

Times: 7:00am-8:00am

Ages: U9-U15

** This program is open to all female Hockey and Ringette athletes **

Cost: $359/athlete

This progressive program is designed to focus on increasing an athletes speed, agility, quickness and explosiveness within a confined space on the ice. The athletes will go through a series of isometric platforms over the course of 6 weeks that will improve their overall balance and body positioning  within a 10ft radius on the ice and increase in game performance level.
