LOCATIONS AND TIMES:

Location: ALLANDALE REC CENTRE

Dates: Wednesday May 15th - Wednesday June 5th

Times: U9-U11 - 5:00pm-6:00pm |  U11-U16 - 6:00pm-7:00pm 

Cost: $239/athlete

This program will focus on the key backwards movement concepts for defensive hockey athletes in both open space, and small spaces where evasive movement is needed. These concepts will then be applied in game relevant situational and small area patterns such as defensive escapes in the neutral zone and defensive zone, line walks and creation of offense in the offensive zone etc.

Open to athletes playing U9-U16 for the 2024-2025 season
