PERFECT SKATING PROGRAM

DATES : Saturday May 18th - Saturday June 15th

TIMES:

8:00am-9:00am - U9-U11

9:00am-10:00am - U12-U16

LOCATION: ALLANDALE REC CENTRE

Open to athletes playing U9-U16 for the 2024-2025 season

In the Perfect Skating Program, athletes will be put through various isometric platforms designed to increase a players speed, agility, quickness and explosiveness. Position Specific Training included. 

 PROGRAM INVESTMENT : $299+HST
