DATES : October 29th - December 10th ** no session Nov 12th **

TIME: 7:00am-8:00am

LOCATION: EAST BAYFIELD REC CENTRE

Open to athletes playing U8-U16 for the 2024-2025 season

** U7 by invite only**

In the Perfect Skating Program, athletes will be put through various isometric platforms designed to increase a players speed, agility, quickness and explosiveness. Position Specific Training included.
