PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

-Weekly Detailed PS On-Ice Movement Sessions

-Complete On-Ice Movement Asymmetry Analysis

-Complete On-Ice Movement Corrective Program with Progression Tracking

-Certified, Energetic PS Coaches

-Maximum Quality Repetition and Positive Feedback

-5-1 Player to Coach Ratio / MAX 16 players on ice

-Wear the Gear!  Free PS Jersey and Socks

-Use the Method like our +350 NHL players

**Sessions commence the week of July 12th on their respective days with the last session being the week of Aug 30th**

ALLANDALE REC CENTRE, BARRIE 

PROGRAM 1: U9-U13

July 12th : 6-7pm / July 19th : 6-7pm / Aug 2nd : 7-8pm / Aug 9th : 7-8pm / Aug 17th : 5-6pm / Aug 30th : 5-6pm 

PROGRAM 2: U12+

July 12th: 7-8pm / July 19th: 7-8pm / Aug 2nd: 8-9pm / Aug 9th: 8-9pm / Aug 18th: 5-6pm / Aug 30th: 6-7pm 

PROGRAM INVESTMENT: $425/athlete

  ** We have lots of availability during the summer for make up sessions should an athlete be away for a week due to vacation **
