ELITE PLAYER SMALL AREA MOVEMENT PROGRAM - SUMMER 2025

5 WEEK DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The Elite Player Summer Program is designed for the AAA/AA/A athlete who is looking to touch the ice weekly to improve their overall game during the off season. Athletes will be put through a series of isometric platforms in order to increase their Movement Efficiency, Joint Mobility and Whole Body Alignment. Focus will be on improving each individual athletes Speed, Quickness, Explosiveness and Deceleration capabilities as well as Stick skills specific to their position. 

- 5 Hours of PROGRESSIVE Skating, Skill and In Game Transfer Sessions

- Competitive On-Ice environment

- Certified, Energetic PS Coaches

- Maximum Quality Repetition and Positive Feedback

- LOW 1:4 Coach/Player Ratio

- MAX 12 athletes on ice

Monday nights throughout the summer at ALLANDALE REC CENTRE, BARRIE

July 14th - 8:30pm-9:30pm

July 21st - 8:30pm-9:30pm

July 28th - 8:30pm-9:30pm

August 11th - 8:30pm-9:30pm

August 25th - 8:00pm-9:00pm

AGE:

This program is for athletes playing A/AA/AAA U13-U18 in the upcoming season. Athletes will be placed into three groups according to age during the program.
