PERFECT SKATING PROGRAM - SPRING 2023

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

-Weekly Detailed PS On-Ice Movement Sessions

-Complete On-Ice Movement Asymmetry Analysis

-Complete On-Ice Movement Corrective Program with Progression Tracking

-Certified, Energetic PS Coaches

**Sessions commence the week of May 13th on their respective days with the last session being the week of June 17th**

LOCATIONS AND TIMES:

Saturdays at ALLANDALE REC CENTRE, BARRIE

PROGRAM 1: 8:00am-9:00am

"INTRO TO PERFECT SKATING" : 2017, 2016, 2015

PROGRAM 2: 9:00a-10:00am

PERFECT SKATING : U9-U11

PROGRAM 3: 10:00am-11:00am

PERFECT SKATING: U12+

PROGRAM DATES: May 13th, May 20th, May 27th, June 3rd, June 10th and June 17th 

The Perfect Skating Program is a yearly must for elite level athletes that are looking to produce quality on-ice movement.  It is the program of choice for foundational joint functionality, muscle activation, micro limb mapping and proprioceptive reception, it truly is the building block of all on-ice movement.

In the event a Player is unable to attend a Program, it is the responsibility of the Athlete to issue written notice to Perfect Skating along with a Doctor's note PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PROGRAM. He/she will receive a Credit for their full amount paid less a $25 administration fee. Credit may be used for any Program within one (1) full calendar year and is non-transferable.
